-RETURN POLICY-
1. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
*Valid proof of purchase is provided*
>>Item is unused, in original condition, and repackaged with all tags, labels, and accessories.
>>Return request is initiated within 2-3 working days of delivery.
2. Return Process
Request Authorization: Contact us via WhatsApp or email mentioned below to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Shipment: Repackage the item securely using original materials and affix the RA number clearly visible on the exterior.
Ship Returns: Dispatch the parcel using a trackable shipping method and retain the shipping receipt.
3. Damaged or Defective Item
>>Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence.
>>A prepaid return shipping label will be issued.
>>Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement, refund, or store credit will be processed.
4. Refund / Replacement
>>Approved refunds/replacement will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
>>Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
5. Exclusions
